Astrea Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Description of Service

Astrea ("the App") is a mobile application that computes a natal chart based on your birth date/time/place, provides daily horoscope content, an AI-powered astrologer chat, and synastry (compatibility) analysis between two people. By accepting these Terms, you obtain the right to use the App.

2. Account and Eligibility

You do not need to create an account to use the App; however, some features (cross-device sync, subscription) require linking a Google/Apple account. The App is not directed at users under 13 years of age.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation is managed through the store where you purchased: iOS — Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Subscriptions. Astrea or its support team cannot cancel your subscription directly.
• If not cancelled before the free trial ends, the subscription fee is automatically charged.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased (if applicable).

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the App in any unlawful, harassing manner, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
• In the synastry (compatibility) feature, you may only enter another person's birth data after informing them and, where required, obtaining their consent. You are solely responsible for any liability arising from entering someone else's data without authorization.
• Misusing the AI chat feature (attempting to force harmful content, spam, etc.) is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, attempting to access source code, or unauthorized reproduction of the App is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's content, design, logo, and software are owned by dodeyazilim. These Terms grant you only a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

Astrea makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any astrological content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dodeyazilim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it or closing your account.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
